“Store” refers to the DevinJax brand and its official website. “User” is anyone who visits the site or places an order. “Product” means all food items offered for sale.
2. Orders and contract
Adding items to cart is a purchase request, not a finalized sale. The contract is confirmed after payment approval and an order confirmation from us. We may cancel orders due to stock shortages or pricing errors and refund the amount paid.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in IRR (Toman) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed through authorized bank gateways; we do not store card details.
- We may void orders affected by system pricing errors.
4. User information
You must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect data are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages from temporary service outages, internet failures, or force majeure. Our liability per order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, images, logo, and design belong to DevinJax. Commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.
