- Free shipping in Tehran for orders above 5,000,000 Toman
Packaging
Sesame and nut products ship in sealed, sturdy containers. In warm seasons we use insulated packaging when needed.
Tracking
After handoff to courier or post, a tracking code is sent via SMS or WhatsApp.
Returns
- Return requests within 7 days of delivery, preferably before breaking the seal
- Wrong item, damaged packaging, or near expiry: contact support with photos
- Opened food items are accepted only when a quality defect is confirmed
